Yes: 8
No: 4
■ We need a larger library … why don't they fix up the old Wal-Mart? It would take a lot less cash!
■ Yes. Gilroy deserves a first-rate library!
■ YES. Measure P for our schools and Measure F for our library are much needed bond initiatives for our children and the entire community.
■ No. I am going to eventually chose one tax to support but it is not likely to be for the library. Sadly, with the state of the economy and myriad tax requests, I will have to limit my support to one.
■ Yes. We need to think about what enhances a city and a good library is one of the most valuable resources. If you need an example of one, go to Encinitas and enjoy theirs. Their citizens clearly focused on something valuable for everyone … Go to www.sdcl.org and visit it virtually.
■ No! Still stinging from the police station.
■ No. Libraries are antiquated. Some people in Gilroy will have to seek day care alternatives!
