■ Yes. But I would need more details on the parcel tax and what specifically the bond would fund.
■ Yes, if we raise developer fees or use taxes from gasoline sales for school funding at the same time.
■ No. Been there done that.
■ NO NO NO! Sorry but NO!
■ No to the property tax for school programs. However, I would strongly support state reforms to return local control to school districts. Then, and only then, would I support local property tax assessments!
