■ I do not like the precedent this is setting but in this case the city should help the family. The city also should make the needed improvements to the intersection.
■ Yes. That intersection was a problem before Brayan was killed.
■ I don't think any compensation is going to offset a life …
■ No. My heart goes out to the family for the loss of their small son. The woman who hit him is responsible, not the city.
