Police blotter: Woman, 18, arrested for making, moving or selling assault weapons

DUI

Monica Defrenchi, 41, of the 5800 block of Garlic Farm Way, 6:02 p.m. Tuesday, near Church Street and Woodworth Way for driving under the influence of alcohol and hit and run resulting in property damage.

Petty theft

Richard Jimenez, 25, of San Jose, 2:18 p.m. Wednesday, at 7251 Camino Arroyo.

Burglary

Patricia Delarosa, 33, of the 7200 block of Eigleberry Street, 7:43 p.m. Wednesday, at 6765 Camino Arroyo for parole hold and burglary.

Manufacturing, distributing and/or transporting an assault weapon

Christine DelMonico, 18, of the 6300 block of Miller Avenue, 6 a.m. Thursday, at 6395 Miller Ave. for cultivation of marijuana, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana for sale, two counts of possession of a controlled substance for sale, and manufacturing, distributing and/or transporting an assault weapon.

Gilbert Estrada, 34, of the 6300 block of Miller Avenue, 6 a.m. Thursday, at 6395 Miller Ave., for cultivation of marijuana, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana for sale, two counts of possession of a controlled substance for sale, and manufacturing, distributing and/or transporting an assault weapon.

Possession of an assault weapon

Miguel Meraz, 31, of the 10000 block of Monterey Road, 7 a.m. Thursday, at 6395 Miller Ave. for possession of an assault weapon, possession of marijuana for sale and cultivation of marijuana.

Bernabe Estrada, 27, of the 7400 block of Forest Street, 6 a.m. Thursday, at 6395 Miller Ave., for probation violation, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, cultivation of marijuana, possession of an assault weapon and possession of marijuana for sale.
