Possession of marijuana

Philip Terry, 21, of the 200 block of Farrell Avenue, 2:08 a.m., Wednesday, at Ronan and Wren avenues on warrants for driving while unlicensed and possession of marijuana.

Possession of a controlled substance

Roman Rodriguez, 19, of the 8300 block of Forest Street, 9:30 p.m. Friday, at 8360 Forest St. on warrants for possession of a controlled substance, failure to pay court fees, driving with a .08 or higher blood alcohol level, driving while unlicensed and possession of marijuana in the vehicle.

Under influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance

Amy Huerta, 20, of the 7700 block of Eigleberry Street, 9:30 p.m. Friday, at 8360 Forest St. on warrants of being under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance and battery.

David Ramirez, 20, transient, 7:44 p.m. Thursday, at 7250 Monterey St.

Andrew Mokres, 23, of the 1300 block of Mantelli, 2:08 a.m. Wednesday, at Ronan and Wren avenues.

Lewd and lascivious acts with a child

Adrian Castalde, 55, of San Leandro, 4 p.m. Friday, at Santa Rita County Jail on a warrant for lewd and lascivious acts with a child.

Burglary

Daniel Flores, of San Jose, 3:24 p.m. Friday, at Monterey and Howson streets.

DUI

Aurora Zumudio, 45, of the 400 block of Fairview Drive, 11:30 a.m. Sunday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on warrants for DUI, driving while unlicensed, and driving with a .08 or higher blood alcohol level.

Horacio Torres, 17, of the 1200 block of Swaner Drive, 8:27 p.m. Friday, 905 First St. for DUI and making an illegal turn.

Gilberto Chavez, 54, of the 7600 block of Eigleberry Street, 8:48 p.m. Wednesday, at Third and Eigleberry streets.

Robert Orlando, 26, of the 1400 block of Bristlecone Court, 8:50 a.m. Wednesday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on warrants for driving with a .08 or higher blood alcohol level, DUI, and driving without registration.

Driving with a suspended license

Pablo Dominguez, 43, of the 100 block of Southgate Court, 10:15 a.m. Sunday, at his residence on a warrant for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Francisco Javier James, 34, of Morgan Hill, 11:04 p.m. Saturday, at 825 First St. on warrants for driving with a suspended license, being under the influence of a controlled substance and petty theft with specified priors.

Nicholas Rivas, 33, of Hollister, 10:05 a.m. Thursday, at San Benito County Jail on warrants for driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without registration and improper display of license plates.

Samuel Sanchez, 57, transient, 11:50 a.m. Wednesday, at Leavsley Road and U.S. 101 on warrants for a suspended license, failure to appear in court and driving with a .08 or higher blood alcohol level.

Sohan Singh, of Sunnyvale, 7:18 p.m. Wednesday, at 8822 Monterey St.

Battery

Joe Avina, 44, of the 9200 block of Jacaranda Avenue, 2:07 p.m., Sunday, First Street at Wren Avenue on a warrant of battery.

Petty theft

Antonio Bernal, 21, of Morgan Hill, 10:15 p.m. Sunday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo.

Alfredo Rodriguez, 32, transient, 8:05 a.m. Wednesday, at La Coche Way and Church Street.
