Assault with a deadly weapon

Marzela Zepeda, 26, of the 900 block of Montabello Avenue, 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, near 10th and Princevalle streets.

Lewd or lascivious act on a child under 14

Benjamin Hernandez, 70, of the 900 block of Third Street, 11:34 p.m. Wednesday, at his residence.

Failure to register as a sex offender

Ernest Morris, 39, of Yuba City, 12:40 a.m. Thursday, at 5920 Travel Park Circle.

Marijuana possession

Glen Morrison, 26, of the 5800 block of Alcazar Way, 12:21 a.m. Wednesday, at 7556 Rogers Lane.

Being under the influence of a controlled substance and/or alcohol

Robert Aupperle, 49, transient, 1:03 p.m. Tuesday, at 1340 First St. for being under the influence of a controlled substance and/or alcohol and resisting arrest.

Armando Garcia, 38, of San Jose, 4:17 p.m. Thursday, at 8305 Wayland Lane on a warrant.

Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon

Joseph Perez, 23, of Gilroy, 3:36 p.m. Thursday, near Hanna and Seventh streets for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a concealed weapon in a vehicle and parole hold.

Carrying a concealed weapon as an occupant in vehicle

Sendy Duran, 19, of the 7200 block of Eigleberry Street, 3:40 p.m. Thursday, near Hanna and Seventh streets.

Possession of a controlled substance and/or drug paraphernalia

Charla Quintana, 33, of the 2500 block of Ferguson Road, 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, near First Street and Santa Terea Boulevard.
