Jorge Tellez, 34, of the 100 block of Southgate Court, 4:19 p.m. Sunday, near Old Gilroy and Forest streets.

Edward Villanueva, 21, of the 200 block of Lilly Avenue, 1:39 a.m. Monday, at his residence.

Public intoxication

Gerardo Diaz, 23, of Hollister, 5 p.m. Sunday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on a warrant.

Maneul Sanjuan, 32, transient, 8:40 a.m. Monday, at 700 First St.

Battery

Rudy Corpus, 25, of Watsonville, 12:03 p.m. Monday, on the 700 block of First Street on a warrant.

John Kitaji, 52, of the 100 block of Fifth Street, 3:14 a.m. Tuesday, at his residence for false imprisonment and battery.

Octavio Vargas, 20, of the 600 block of Tatum Avenue, 10:56 a.m. Wednesday, near Hanna and Seventh streets.

Parole hold

Driving under the influence

Juan Gomez, 37, of the 400 block of Kennedy Court, 9:27 p.m. Monday, at 8210 Wren Avenue on warrants for driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence, driving with expired registration and resisting a peace officer.

Possession of a switch blade

Luis Mejia, 20, of the 900 block of Sorrento Court, 11:58 p.m. Monday, near Second and Church streets.

Possession of a firearm by felon

Alejandro Olivares, 18, of Hollister, 11:58 p.m. Monday, near Church and Second streets.

Trespassing

Lee Brazwell, 51, transient, 3:23 p.m. Sunday, at 5878 Garlic Farm Way on a warrant.

Forgery

Cathy Villalobos, 34, of Los Banos, 1:24 a.m. Monday, near Monterey Road and Luchessa Avenue on warrants for possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, selling stolen property, five counts of forgery and three counts of petty theft.

Driving without a license

Consuelo Hernandez, 20, of the 100 block of Hennessy Way, 8:10 a.m. Monday, for driving without a license and driving on the wrong side of a divider.

Underage person in possession of alcohol

Richard Martinez, 20, of the 7700 block of Laurel Drive, 1:15 p.m. Monday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on a warrant.

Possession of a controlled substance

Ricardo Palomares, 19, of the 2200 block of Pacheco Pass Highway, 2:23 p.m. Monday, near Church and Howson streets for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
