Vandalism

Adrian Andrade, 20, of the 7400 block of Alexander Street, 1:44 a.m. Sunday, at 905 First St. for conspiracy to commit a crime and vandalism.

Michael Rosales, 20, of Modesto, 1:44 a.m. Sunday, at 905 First St. for conspiracy to commit a crime and vandalism.

Isaac Carrillo, 19, of the 7200 block of Eigleberry Street, 1:44 a.m. Sunday, at 905 First St. for conspiracy to commit a crime and vandalism.

Parole hold

Jerry Mungaray, 18, of Morgan Hill, 6:57 p.m. Friday, near Monterey and 10th streets.

Driving under the influence

Henry Hernandez, 27, of the 2100 block of Hecker Pass Highway, 2:17 a.m. Friday, near First Street and Westwood Drive.

Matthew Dudek, 27, of the 8200 block of Kern Avenue, 6:47 p.m. Saturday, at his residence.

Eric Perez, 29, of the 500 block of Fairview Drive, 7:58 p.m. Friday, near 10th and Hanna streets for driving with a suspended license, giving a false identity to a peace officer and driving under the influence within 10 years of a prior conviction and on a warrant for driving without a license and two warrants for driving under the influence of alcohol within 10 years of a prior conviction.

Battery

Jeremy Carrillo, 30, of the 7300 block of Nantucket Place, 1:58 a.m. Saturday, at his residence for threatening to commit a violent crime, battery and violating a court order preventing domestic violence and on warrants for battery, vandalism and false imprisonment.

Being under the influence of a controlled substance and/or alcohol

Gilbert Barry, 30, of the 7300 block of Nantucket Place, 1:31 a.m. Saturday, at his residence.

Miguel Floresnavarro, 41, of the 7200 block of Forest Street, 1:33 a.m. Sunday, near Fifth and Monterey streets for being under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance and tampering with a vehicle.

Driving with a suspended license

Ruben Huerta, 29, of the 8300 block of Forest Street, 8:52 p.m. Saturday, near Hollyhock Lane and Shooting Star Court on a warrant.

Battery

Marty Salinas, 23, of the 700 block of First Street, 10:29 p.m. Wednesday, near Murray Avenue and Leavesley Road on a warrant.

Adan Coronel, 25, of the 8000 block of Monterey Street, 3:04 a.m. Thursday, at his residence for battery and on a warrant for driving without insurance.

Christopher Gutierrez, 20, of the 7600 block of Rogers Lane, 5 p.m. Wednesday, at 7540 Rogers Lane.

Possession of a controlled substance

Mark Ybarra, 19, of the 8400 block of Gaunt Avenue, 11:07 a.m. Thursday, near Gaunt Drive and Welburn Avenue for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Brian Fialkosky, 25, of an unknown street in Gilroy, 2:22 a.m. Thursday, near Monterey Street and Leavesley Road for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and transporting or selling a controlled substance.

Being under the influence of a controlled substance and/or alcohol

Raul Lozano, 32, transient, 10:47 p.m. Sept. 30, at 797 First St.

Israel Chapa, 47, transient, 11:38 p.m. Wednesday, at 707 First St.

Public urination

Jose Ortiz, 53, of the 500 block of First St., 12:50 a.m. Sept. 29, at 575 First St.

Exhibiting a deadly firearm

Angel Aguero, 36, of the 7200 block of Hanna Street, 12:57 p.m. Thursday, at his residence for resisting a peace officer, exhibiting a deadly firearm and battery.
