Gilroy police arrests
Possession of firearm by felon

Cesar Navarro, 18, of the 7200 block of Dowdy Street, 1:50 a.m. Monday, near Eighth and Hanna streets.

Under the influence of a controlled substance

David Rios, 43, of Los Banos, 3 p.m. Monday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on a warrant for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Juan Gonzalez, 57, transient, 7:03 p.m. Sunday, near Monterey Road and Luchessa Avenue for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Rafael Torres, 60, of the 7100 block of Eigleberry Street, 10:41 p.m. Sunday, at his residence.

Driving with a suspended license

Paul Zabala, 45, of the 200 block of Sixth Street, 9:42 a.m. Monday, near Alexander and Old Gilroy streets on warrants for driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license.

Antonia Gonzalez, 47, of Sacramento, 1:50 a.m. Monday, at 7440 Rogers Lane on warrants for driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence, driving without a license, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to pay a fine and failure to appear in court.

Ismael Hernandez, 38, of Watsonville Road, 10:05 p.m. Sunday, at 5887 Monterey St. on warrants for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving without due caution.

Laurie Martinez, 44, of the 7100 block of Rosanna Street, 11:54 p.m. Sunday, near 10th and Rosanna streets on warrants for driving with a suspended license and improper lighting.

Burglary

Rudy Gonzalez, 25, of the 300 block of Third Street, 3:56 p.m. Monday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on two warrants for burglary.

Grand theft

Pedro Padilla, 29, of San Jose, 1:53 a.m. Monday, at 7466 Monterey Road.

Elizabeth Ramos, 18, of San Jose, 1:53 a.m. Monday, at 7466 Monterey Road.

Parole hold

Olga Rios, 39, of the 400 block of Hadley Court, 11:54 p.m. Sunday, near Rosanna and 10th streets.
