Public intoxication

Joe Adame Rodriguez, 45, of Gilroy, 9:36 p.m. Saturday, on the 14800 block of Raquel Court in Morgan Hill.

Vandalism

Gang-related graffiti was spray painted six feet high and twelve feet wide on the front of a building, between 5 p.m. Saturday and 8:30 a.m. Sunday, near Monterey Road and California Avenue in San Martin.

A vehicle was driven over an irrigation pipe and 20 corn stalks, causing $75 worth of damage, between 5 p.m. July 29 and 4 p.m. July 30, near Holsclaw and Gilman roads.

A 2004 green Honda Accord was vandalized with a blunt instrument, causing $2,400 worth of damage, between 1 a.m. and 1:20 a.m. July 30, on the 1350 block of Bolsa Road.

A 2005 beige Nissan Altima was scratched, between 1 p.m. June 25 and 1 p.m. July 25, at an undisclosed location on Highland Avenue in San Martin.

Residential burglary

An out of state driver's license, an identification card and a bank card was stolen, between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m. Friday, from a bedroom at a residence on the 1200 block of Bloomfield Road. The room was entered by force without permission.

Attempted burglary

Two holes were cut into the sheet metal next to the door of a winery near Monterey Road and Highway 25 in an attempt to open the door, between 6 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday. No one entered the building and nothing was taken.

Commercial burglary

A store on the 4000 block of Monterey Road was broken into through a window, between 2 a.m. Thursday and 2:30 a.m. Friday. Nothing was taken from the store.

Grand theft

One hundred and fifty to 200 gallons of diesel fuel worth $700 to $900 was stolen from a booster pump parked near Davidson and Bloomfield roads, between 6 p.m. July 29 and 7 a.m. July 30.

Recovered stolen vehicle

A 2006 white Nissan Titan stolen out of Los Banos was found, 8:40 p.m. Thursday, on the 4390 block of Davidson Avenue.

A 2000 black Honda Civic stolen out of San Jose was found stripped of parts, 6:05 p.m. July 28, near Old Monterey Road and U.S. 101.

Auto theft

A 47-year-old Pittsburg man borrowed and never returned a 1999 grey Chevrolet Astro van and is believed to be driving to Florida, 4:30 p.m. July 28, on the 1400 block of Dias Drive in San Martin.
