Armando Villareal, 30, of the 400 block of Ninth Street, 1:23 a.m. Friday, for being under the influence of a controlled substance and battery.

Emy Duenas, 22, of Gilroy, 11:09 a.m. Friday, near Eigleberry and Second streets.
