Police blotter: Most Wanted man arrested for warrants

Gilroy police arrests
Burglary

Fabian Bravo, 18, of San Jose, 7:25 p.m. Monday, at 6935 Camino Arroyo for burglary, unauthorized use of a vehicle, selling stolen property, driving with a suspended license and attempting to operate a vehicle without owner's consent.

Marijuana possession

Christian Santillan, 18, of the 800 block of Mantelli Drive, 4 p.m. Monday, near Hanna and Seventh streets, on warrants for possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed dagger. Santillan was one of Gilroy's Most Wanted.

Being under the influence of a controlled substance

Michael Garza, 25, of the 400 block of IOOF Avenue, 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on a warrant.

George Lovin, transient, 7:05 p.m. Tuesday, at 343 10th St.

Driving under the influence

Michael Ayala, 27, of Morgan Hill, 10:41 p.m. Tuesday, on Eigleberry Street between Sixth and Seventh streets for driving with a suspended licence, driving under the influence, resisting a peace officer and driving with willful disregard for safety.

Parole hold

Jerry Aguirre, 42, of the 7400 block of Kern Avenue, 5:56 p.m. Tuesday, near Monterey and Sixth streets on parole hold and for resisting a peace officer.

Driving without a license

Veronica Chavez, 22, of the 6900 block of Church Street, 8:51 a.m. Wednesday, near Sixth Street and Sidney Court for driving without a license and giving a false ID to a peace officer.

Theft by forging an access card

Nancy Lara, 21, of the 7100 block of Eigleberry Street, 2:17 p.m. Wednesday, at 7251 Camino Arroyo.

Possession of a controlled substance

Lupe Martinez, 40, of Merced, 5:05 a.m. Tuesday, near Dowdy and Seventh streets on warrants for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
