Alfredo Gaeta, 20, of the 8800 block of Lilly Avenue, 1:28 p.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Ninth and Eigleberry streets on warrants for drag racing and failure to display license plates.

Driving without a license

Richard Velis, 29, of the 900 block of Hayfield Street, 6:45 p.m. Sunday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on warrants for driving with a suspended license, running a stop sign and driving without insurance.

Fabian Napos, 36, of the 300 block of Day Road, 3:55 p.m. Saturday, at 7321 Alexander St. on a warrant.

Nazario Gonzalez, 19, of the 7200 block of Hanna Street, 5:20 p.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Monterey Road and Lewis Street.

Esteban Estrada, 26, at an unknown address, 10:38 a.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Uvas Park Drive and Miller Avenue on warrants for driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license, driving without registration.

Valdemar Pineda, 28, of the 300 block of Lewis Street, 2:54 p.m. Sunday, near the intersection of Lewis and Howson streets on a warrant.

Under the influence of a controlled substance

Emeterio Sanchez, 29, of the 7400 block of Rogers Lane, 12:46 a.m. Sunday, at his residence.

Zosimo Felix, 22, of Salinas, 12:46 a.m. Sunday, at 7490 Rogers Lane.

Lucy Martinez, 64, of San Jose, 12:30 a.m. Sunday, near the intersection of First Street and Wren Avenue.

Francisco Melendez, 41, of the 17600 block of Laurel Road in Morgan Hill, 5:14 p.m. Saturday, at 7250 Monterey Road on warrants for obstructing a peace officer, being under the influence of a controlled substance and disturbing the peace.

Unlawful possession of a needle

Gabriel Coronado, 47, of the 5500 block of Monterey Road, 9:41 p.m. Saturday, at 7661 Eibleberry St. for parole hold and possession of a hypodermic needle.

Possession of a controlled substance for sale

Wilmer Olmedo, 30, of the 8100 block of Forest Street, 10:44 p.m. Saturday, at El Rio Nilo, 7474 Monterey St., for possession of a controlled substance for sale.

Vandalism

Joshua Perez, 21, of the 7400 block of Alexander Street, 2:07 a.m. Sunday, at 7546 Forest St. for vandalism callusing less than $400 in damage.

Domestic battery

Dominique Delatorre, 19, of Watsonville, 1:19 p.m. Saturday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo, for domestic battery.

Driving under the influence

Sabino Reyez, 21, of the 900 block of Southside Road, 9:02 p.m. Saturday, at his residence.

Martin Gilbart, 38, of the 1200 block of Valbosa Drive, 11:11 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of First Street and Santa Theresa Drive.

Possession of marijuana for sale

Destry Jones, 19, of the 7500 block of Alexander Street, 9:18 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Fourth Street and Monterey Road.

Burglary

Adam Walker, 28, of the 7900 block of Westwood Drive, 3:17 a.m. Saturday, at his residence for possession of stolen property, damage to a power line and burglary.

Selling a controlled substance

Roy Lopez, 19, of the 8300 block of Gaunt Avenue, 10:57 p.m. Friday, near the intersection of Sixth and Alexander streets for possession of a controlled substance, selling a controlled substance and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Possession of a controlled substance

Mark Gale, 44, transient, 2:50 a.m. Saturday, on Church Street.

Assault

Ivan Godinez, 21, of the 800 block of Mantelli Drive, 12:25 a.m. Saturday, at Tenampa, 7990 Monterey Street, for obstructing a peace officer and assault.

Assault with a deadly weapon

Esmaryhilda Deltoro, 32, of the 8000 block of Forest Street, 1:30 a.m. Saturday, near the intersection of Leavesley and Monterey roads.

Embezzlement

Samantha Coleman, 21, of the 800 block of Padova Drive, 12:19 p.m. Friday, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo.
