Gavilan College held its annual spring festival Saturday, with the theme of "GavFest 2008 Goes Green." At the festival, there was food, bands, an open house, environmental and "green" building exhibits, hairstyles and manicures, a soccer tournament, a GaviLAND kids area with reptile zoo, a bounce attraction, and a climbing wall.

The event, free to the community, was aimed at allowing residents to explore the resources of Gavilan College.
