Exhibiting a deadly weapon

Simon Mendoza, 29, of San Jose, 9:25 a.m. Thursday, at 722 Tennyson Drive on parole hold, for exhibiting a deadly weapon and on a warrant for assault with a deadly weapon.

Burglary

Amedao Guevara, 19, of the 8000 block of Lilly Avenue, 11:36 a.m. Thursday, at 8998 Taos Way for burglary and vandalism.

Public intoxication

Marcial Lazano, 25, of the 7000 block of Alexander Drive, 8:20 p.m. April 26, at his residence.

Samuel Gonzales, 55, of the 600 block of Broadway Street, 2 p.m. April 27, at 1059 First St.

Robert Aupperle, 49, transient, 8:35 a.m. April 21, at 8065 Wren Ave.

Kevin Barnes, 36, transient, 6:05 p.m. April 25, at 8037 Wayland Lane.

Parole hold

Anthony Villalobos, 35, of Salinas, 4:56 p.m. Thursday, near the intersection of Sixth and Forest streets.

Nelson Garcia, 32, of the 800 block of Welburn Avenue, 4:56 p.m. Thursday, near the intersection of Sixth and Forest streets.

Petty theft

Rene Martinez, 46, of the 200 block of 10th Street, 2:43 p.m. Thursday, at 6705 Camino Arroyo.
