Tampering with a vehicle

Christopher Ayers, 24, of the zero block of Villa Street, 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St. on a warrant.

Possession of a controlled substance

Daniel Wilson, 42, of the 7000 block of Eigleberry Street, 1:31 a.m. Tuesday, near First and Church streets on warrants for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Juan Barajas, 26, of the 400 block of Sixth Street, 3:50 a.m. Tuesday, near 10th and Monterey streets on warrants for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Public intoxication

Eric Meza, 30, of the 800 block of Moro Street, 12:15 a.m. March 15, at the Union 76 gas station, 6991 Monterey Road.

Aurelio Jimenez, 40, of the 8000 block of Church Street, 2:55 p.m. Monday, at Forest Street Park, 7301 Forest St.
